Louis Vuitton Men's Pre

The Louis Vuitton Studio Prêt-à-Porter Homme presents its Spring-Summer 2024 Pre-Collection, drawing inspiration from the concept of igniting sparks and the cultural significance of bonfires as universal symbols of unity. Symbolizing a new dawn and a transition for the Maison, this standalone collection embraces the bonfire's illuminating essence and its ability to bring people together. Nature takes center stage as the inspiration, reflected in a color palette that spans from fiery reds and oranges reminiscent of flames to earthy browns, sandy tones, and serene blues and greens inspired by woodlands and twilight skies.

The collection showcases a versatile and cozy wardrobe that adapts to various occasions. Camouflage-like world map patterns make a bold statement, adorning brown wool suits, technical parkas, fleece jacquard jackets, and swim shorts. The map motif appears in different forms, from diluted expressions on fleece gilets and track pants to white-scaled renditions on puffer jackets with faux fur collars, evoking a sense of adventure and exploration.

Smoke motifs delicately weave through the collection, adding an air of mystery. Oxidized flocked denim creates a smoky effect on Monogram cargo suits, while a blurry and windy Damier pattern captures the swirling air around a bonfire, resembling smoke and the veins of Epi leather. Charcoal hues inspired by bonfires can be found on collared denim jackets, reversible shearling jackets in dark tobacco, and khaki puffer coats made sustainably from recycled nylon and eco-friendly eco-down.

The second part of the collection transports us to the enchanting atmosphere of the forest at night, illuminated by the aurora borealis. A dégradé pattern inspired by the northern lights adorns flocked nylon bomber jackets, while spray-painted faded denim jackets evoke a similar ethereal effect. Bottle green tones take center stage on cotton tracksuits, flocked logo pajama suits, and leather cabans with embossed Vuitton letters. Fresh graphics emerge with patchwork pajamas and slogans delicately embroidered in pearls on black wool overshirts and light blue and black varsity jackets made from wool and shearling.

The bonfire theme extends to the collection's bags, combining artistry with functionality. Grained printed canvas and midnight blue abstract fire motifs embellish iconic pieces like the Sac Horizon, Discovery backpacks, Christopher backpacks, and various versions of Keepall. An Epi Rush print captures the smoky air pattern, adorning Montsouris backpacks and other styles. Limited-edition small Keepalls offer exclusive designs with motorcycle-inspired, crystal-encrusted, and studded Damier proposals.

Completing the collection, the shoe designs embrace an adventurous spirit, reimagining the LV Discovery line. Suede sneakers with trekking laces come in beige or blue while hiking editions in black or navy offer waterproof construction. Derby shoes in black glazed leather exude sophistication, while metallic midnight blue leather creates an evening-ready version.

The LV Trainer Maxi takes center stage with its super-magnified silhouette, adorned with black crystal embellishments and micro pearl logo details reminiscent of charm necklaces and bracelets. Baseball caps featuring the Epi Rush motif or swirly logos, cable-knit beanie hats and scarves blending Damier patterns, complete the accessories range. louisvuitton.com
