Adams & Company Secures Nine Deals Totaling in 15,715 Square Feet at 10 West 33rd Street
Manhattan's forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Company (Adams), has announced nine new leases totaling in 15,715 square feet of space at 10 West 33rd Street.
The deals include:
· A three-year and ten month, 1,627-square-foot lease with Nishat Chunian Limited and Nishat Chunian USA Inc, j&s, a vertically integrated textile company, who will occupy part of the tenth floor. Asking rent was $43 per square foot.
· A three-year, 1,487-square-foot lease with Vayda Overseas, a home textile and rug manufacturer, who will occupy part of the fifth floor. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
· A two-year and nine month, 1,026-square-foot lease with SLNY Home Inc., a wholesale linen company that specializes in bedding, towels and quilts, who will occupy part of the fifth floor. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
· A one-year and nine month, 2,138-square-foot lease with Silk Home Inc, a full-service, factory-direct home textiles supplier of soft window, shower curtains, bath accessories, decorative pillows and more, who will occupy part of the sixth floor in addition to suite 1030 which it leased last year. With this expansion, the company now leases 3,703 square feet of space in the building.
· A seven-year and nine month, 3,099-square-foot lease with Lynco Products, a consumer products goods company providing global solutions who will occupy part of the tenth floor. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
· A three-year and nine month, 2,415-square-foot lease with HB Connections USA Inc., a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of fashion handbags, who will occupy part of the fifth floor. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
· A five year and eight month, 428-square-foot lease with Jack Aboudi, a wholesale company specializing in men's’, boys’ and ladies’ apparel, who will occupy part of the fifth floor. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
· A five year and eight month, 2,001-square-foot lease with Harvic International, Ltd., a wholesale manufacturing apparel company specializing in casual wear, sportswear, school uniforms and more, who will occupy part of the fifth floor in addition to two additional spaces on the fifth floor which it leased since 2005. With this expansion, the company now leases 7,576 square feet of space in the building.
· A three year and six month, 1,494-square-foot with Tops Handbag, Inc, a leading vegan leather handbag manufacturer of fashion and designer inspired handbags, who will occupy part of the tenth floor. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
